23 February – 1 March 2025

The training course will contribute to developing youth workers‘ “Networking and Advocating” competences based on the ETS Competence Model for Youth Workers to Work Internationally:
„Networking and advocating” competence means developing and managing partnerships with other relevant actors. It involves the ability to facilitate networking within and outside one’s community and to advocate for the value of youth work. It’s also about being conscious of (political) values and beliefs and having the ability to support young people in developing independent political thought.
