About the project
The «SYNERGY 2» project is designed to create a single platform both for the free interweaving of creative flows of talented people and for the structural building of the relationship between the creators of ideas and craftsmen of creativity. All participants will be divided into groups of talents, i.e.

–> based on their will and choice. The number of participants is set to 36 young people and includes participating countries from different parts of Europe, such as 🇱🇻Latvia, 🇪🇸Spain, 🇨🇿Czechia and 🇲🇰North Macedonia.
The final result of the united work of all groups of talents will be one short film, e.g.
« S Y N E R G Y » – International movie, 2023 from the first Synergy project and
« v e c D O O R S » – International movie, 2024 from the Synergy Vectors project

The venue & accomodation
Rēzekne is a city in the Rēzekne River valley in Latgale region of eastern Latvia. It is called The Heart of Latgale (Latvian “Latgales sirds”, Latgalian “Latgolys sirds”). Built on seven hills, Rezekne borders with Russia, Lithuania and Belarus. It has become a border city between EU, NATO and the Eastern states. Rezekne is located 242 km from the state capital Riga, 685 km from Moscow, 450 km from St. Petersburg, and 860 km from Warsaw. It has a population of 26,378 – making it the 7th largest city in Latvia.
Accommodation
Accommodation will be in the school Makasani, 10km from the city Rezekne. Participants will be split by gender and will sleep 3-4 participants in one room. http://www.makasani.lv/
The eligible participants
There will be 8 participants + 1 group leader per country.
The participants:
- are aged 17 – 25 yo (group leader 18+ yo)
- have at least basic level of English
- are able to demonstrate their motivation and interest in the project
Financial conditions
Accommodation, food and all materials at the project will be covered by the Erasmus+ programme. The travel costs for the Czech participants will be covered within the limit of 309 EUR.
Plase note that in case you are selected for the project, you will be asked to pay a membership fee of 900 CZK (or 35 EUR for payments from abroad) – we will use this contribution to cover the compensation for the trip coordinator, the costs of materials and preparation, and the complete support of the participants before, during and after the trip. Instructions for paying the membership fee will be sent to you by e-mail, along with instructions to confirm participation and other steps.
The membership fee also ensures your membership in the Youth Progress organization, free entry to all local activities and is paid annually – if you decide to go on another project with us this calendar year, you will not have to pay it again.
Your participation in the project is fully financed by the ERASMUS+ program. However, the program does not reimburse us, the sending organization, so thank you for helping us continue to provide these great opportunities to young people. 
* In case of cancellation of participation by the participant, the contribution is non-refundable.
** In case of cancellation of the project by the organizers or due to force majeure, the contribution will be refunded to the participant’s account.
*** The membership fee may be waived in exceptional cases, e.g. if the participant faces a financial disadvantage, which will be evaluated individually by the sending organization.
