About the project
“Youth Zone” is a project implemented by Hate Fighters Network through 2-year framework partnership agreements to support Civil Society Cooperation in the field of Youth, Erasmus + in the period 01.01.2026 – 31.12.2027. Planned activities for the 2026 are structured around four thematic priorities: Human Rights and Inclusion; Safety and Well-being; Media and Digital Literacy; Active Youth Participation; and 2 transversal initiatives focused on EU programme promotion and volunteering. Network-level activities such as the Youth Zone Mentorship Programme, the annual planning meeting and the pilot volunteer exchange at the “Come to Amfi” festival will further strengthen cooperation, peer learning and capacity development within the network. Activities will be organized through Hate Fighters Network in 12 European countries in the period of 12 months – 01/01/2026 to 31/12/2026.

About the Training
Youth Zone Mentorship program is designed for the young people, informal groups of young people and youth organizations that are newcomers or with limited experience in the Erasmus + program. HFN Secretariat will implement this Pilot Capacity building activity for interested youth in order to train and educate them about basis of developing a project proposal, community building, different ways of fundraising (project financing and co- financing, partnerships, etc.), basis in online communication and visibility of the organization and some other basic aspects needed for the new youth-lead organizations.

Financial conditions
Accommodation, meals, and all project materials are fully covered by the hosting organization. Travel costs will be reimbursed based on actual expenses, up to the maximum sum of €300.
Venue
The training course will take place in Niš, Serbia. The hotel where the activities will take place is Hotel Marica, in Njegoševa street 81a. The hotel is located on a hill which offers a panoramic view of the city, but it is also near the center of the city. The hotel offers great accommodation, restaurant, bar, swimming pool, wireless internet etc. Participants will be provided with 3 meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner.
