“IMPRO(ve) Yourself” is an 8-day Erasmus+ training course that brings together 24 youth workers from 8 countries to explore how improvisational theatre, experiential learning, and creativity development can empower youth work.
The Erasmus+ training course IMPRO(ve) Yourself will take place in Lithuania, about 40 km from Vilnius and is designed for youth workers who want to strengthen creativity in their work. The project is built on Guy Claxton’s theory of five creative habits – Collaborative, Inquisitive, Persistent, Imaginative and Disciplined – and uses the dynamic methods of improvisational theatre to explore them in practice. Participants will experience how collaboration, curiosity, resilience, imagination and discipline can be fostered through non-formal education and how these skills can be meaningfully applied in youth work as well as in everyday life.
Through IMPRO(ve) Yourself, participants will strengthen their ability to foster creativity in young people, learn to use improvisation as a powerful educational method, and develop their own resilience, teamwork and problem-solving skills. At the same time, they will broaden their international network and exchange good practices with colleagues from different countries.

Each room will be equipped with basic furniture (beds, bedding, towels, storage space).

Instructions for paying the membership fee will be sent to you by e-mail, along with instructions to confirm participation and other steps.

Your participation in the project is fully financed by the ERASMUS+ program. However, the program does not reimburse us, the sending organization, so thank you for helping us continue to provide these great opportunities to young people.
* In case of cancellation of participation by the participant, the contribution is non-refundable.
** In case of cancellation of the project by the organizers or due to force majeure, the contribution will be refunded to the participant’s account.
*** The membership fee may be waived in exceptional cases, e.g. if the participant faces a financial disadvantage, which will be evaluated individually by the sending organization.
