About the project
The “Disinformation Fighters Club” is a training course that will bring together 32 youth workers from 9 European countries. The aim is to tackle one of today’s most pressing issues at the EU level — disinformation. As the digital world grows, so does the spread of misleading or false information. Young people are especially vulnerable, as this stage of life is crucial for shaping their thinking, values, and role in society. Disinformation can distort their understanding of the European Union, European values, and active citizenship.
This training will offer participants a deeper understanding of critical thinking, reliable sources, and the difference between facts and opinions. They will explore the current state of disinformation in each participating country and gain tools to engage in constructive dialogue both online and offline.
