About the project
“Youth Zone” is a project implemented by Hate Fighters Network through 3-year framework partnership agreements to support Civil Society Cooperation in the field of Youth, Erasmus+ in the period 01.01.2023 – 31.12.2025. Planned activities for the 2025 are clustered in 3 main categories:
• Activities on raising the awareness on EU Youth Strategy 2019 – 2027, European Youth Goals and Youth mainstreaming on policy level
• Activities related to engagement, connection and empowerment of young people
• Activities related to youth participation in EU Actions Activities will be organized through Hate Fighters Network in 12 European countries in the period of 12 months – 01/01/2025 to 31/12/2025.

About the Training Course
The training Youth Zone Mentorship program 2025 is designed for the informal groups of young people and youth/sport organizations that are with less experience, newcomers or without experience in the Erasmus+ program. Hate Fighters Network Secretariat will implement this Pilot Capacity building activity to train and educate them about basis of establishing / empowering and leading youth/sport organizations, development of mission and vision of the organization, community building, different ways of fundraising (project financing and co-financing, partnerships,, etc.), basis in online communication and visibility of the organization and similar. The training course will be organized in Nis, Serbia from 12.09. to 18.09.2025. Mentorship support will continue after the training course.

Financial conditions
Accommodation, meals, and all project materials are fully covered by the Erasmus+ programme. Travel costs will be reimbursed based on actual expenses, up to the maximum lump sum of €300.
Venue
The training course will take place in Niš, Serbia. The hotel where the activities will take place is Hotel Marica.
The eligible participants
- Czech citizen or resident
- 18+ years old
- you are part of a nonformal group of young people, youth/sports organization, volunteering or planning to start your own initiative or project
- sufficient level of English to participate in this training course
